Since our foundation in 2006, St Philip’s Centre has provided workforce development programmes to thousands of employees. These include new police and fire service recruits, NHS bodies, armed forces, prison service, other public sector organisations and private companies.
Our programmes are designed to develop confidence and literacy in navigating the place of religion and belief in workplaces and society. The programmes generate understanding and make a real difference through actions to improve practice and benefit communities, service users, customers and stakeholders. Our training is co-delivered with our pool of expert faith practitioners – many of whom have leadership roles in community and faith-based organisations.
