About Us

Following Government advice, the St Philip's Centre office is closed until further notice. However, our work continues with staff working from home, so please contact us via email if you would like to support us in  helping people to learn how to live well together.

For more than a decade, St. Philip’s Centre has brought people together, challenged assumptions and educated through exciting, informative and interactive work.

Our work within the Christian community and across wider society enables communities and individuals to encounter one another in meaningful ways to build understanding and trust.

We nurture respectful, resilient individuals and communities, and support leadership in faith communities to enrich public life. We aim to empower people of all faiths – and those with no faith – to co-operate with each other for the good of all.

Since our foundation, St Philip’s Centre has led efforts to ensure religion and belief are harnessed for the good of all. Our work in countering violent extremism has won international praise. Our programmes for schools are consistently overbooked and our track record in delivering high-quality training to church groups, public sector organisations and across the third sector is second to none.

Our effective programmes for schools, businesses, the public sector and churches have helped thousands of people – from school children to the Armed Forces and Police.
