Wingate library

The Wingate Library at St Philip’s Centre contains an important collection of books reflecting inter faith experience and theology.

Wingate LibraryIt is a specialised resource available for reference and borrowing by arrangement. There are books on the Study of Religions, the Role of Religion in Society, Religion and Conflict & Reconciliation. Older classic books on the Theology of Religions as well as present day texts are available.

Library Membership

Membership of the Wingate Library is free of charge to our Postgraduate Students and Ambassadors of the St Philip’s Centre.  Being an Ambassador of the Centre entitles the holder to free newsletters and automatic entrance to various event, courses and meetings held throughout the year.

The library is open 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, but we recommend that you telephone the office before arrival to ensure that the library is not already in use.

You may reserve a book for collection at a later date by using the Book Loan Form.

Please note we are unable to post books out to you.
